Thanks for your quick response.
Yes I am doing this but referencing the EJB also gave ClassNotFound
exceptions until we added the classes under com/sybase/CORBA,
com/sybase/ejb, org/omg/CORBA and others. I believe this is because the EJB
is running within the EA Server and not within Weblogic.

I asked about running the EJB within Weblogic and the third party support
group told me they cannot do this because of the way their app works.
