"We are in a situation where we can't use role-based security, we
must use permission-based. The reason being that the domain specifies
very dynamic permission assignments and the number of roles generated
by this scenario would be huge. Has anyone dealt with this sort of
situation before? Someone in our team had mentioned the possibility
of using JMS, has anyone tried this? "
