Dear friends
We want to write a Scheduler in EJB that
should perform particular task in particular interval
of time.

1) Periodic basis
For example : Daily,Weekly,Monthly,Yearly etc

2) Aperiodic basis
For example : In a particular day of a week,
               first of every month,
               first Monday of every month,
               after every 9 days etc.

 Can anybody help in this.

what i read was that Beans are not allowed to create
their
own threads . But in this task we want to use Threads
?

Please give me solution for this .

Is there any component readily available on Scheduler
?

Thanks
Shaik Zulfakhar Ali
