There could be two problems.
1) Just check out the Initial Context.put ie
u should have used "com.ibm.ejs.ns.jndi.CNInitialContextFactory".
and then do the lookup.
2) The Output Jar which u have deployed in the Admin. Console should be
present in the classpath. The PortableRemoteObject.narrow in W/S expects the
output jar ie the final jar to be present in the classpath.
Normally, the output jars are writtten to
/websphere/appserver/deployedejbs/<yourjar>.jar
