No offense (certainly not to the poster), but you have to wonder how a
company that claims "By combining the best IT consulting, thinking and
practices ..." provides so little training and help to it's employees.  It
looks like they aren't given good reference material or sources, don't have
anybody to ask, and are stuck fishing for help wherever they can.

 From a very quick archive scan there's almost 20 posts from their
addresses about vendor (not just WL) specific problems in the last couple
months.  It make you think they're all in isolated cubicles with projects
randomly dumped on their desks, or they'd have somebody down the hall to
ask.  It's painful to watch, and (imho) poor marketing for a consulting
company.

And I hope this isn't an unlawful copy of the post.
