Hello Heer,
I am sure you would find Mastering Enterprise JavaBeans by Ed Roman a useful
book if you are a beginner... You could also read Enterprise Java Beans by
O'Reilley. Unfortunately, the second one has too much to say but it does so
in only a few pages.
