Actually, the Remote client should have the classes for the home and remote
interface.
In an organisational context, this client is also developed by the
Programmers.
The only point is one section of developers take care of the EJBs and one
section take
care of the clients (which is actually used by the end users).
So, the EJB developers can provide the class files of home and remote
interfaces to the
team handling the client programming.
Just like the Java people are providing their packages to us so that we can
implement
Java programs.
