Enhydra - Not a valid writtable directory

Hi,

I'm trying to run Enhydra 4.0 beta 1 on Windows 2000. When I was trying to
run it, I get that message

Thread failed due to exception.: Invalid DeploymentService configuration:
Not a valid writtable directory:

The directory seems writable. Any trick, solutions?
