Hi,

I'm new to ejbs so I hope this isn't too obvious a question. Basically,
if I am using a stateful session bean, where exactly do I specify how
long the bean should remain if not explicitly removed. I assume there is
a timeout or something in the ejb-jar deployment descriptor but can't
seem to find what the tag is or where it goes. Also, can one set a
timeout that times out irrespective of the period of inactivety? In other
words, the bean is removed after an hour even if it is still being used?

Thanks
Joel
