I think you'd be well served by a good book to get you started.  Have a look at 
somewhere like www.theserverside.com that offers
online reading (free membership required).

the method you are calling is in the EntityBean interface:
http://java.sun.com/products/ejb/javadoc-2_0-fr/javax/ejb/EntityBean.html#ejbRemove()  
- when the container receives the method
call, it maps it to the ejbRemove() method you see in accountbean.

hope this helps - I'd really advise putting aside a day to read through a book,  there 
are a number of good starters out there,
something like Ed Roman's Enterprise Java Beans is good (thats available at 
theserverside.com).
