Maybe on pg. 553?,

"Corrected inconsistency in specification of error behavior for
javax.ejb.Home.remove(Object primaryKey)
when called on session bean: javax.ejb.RemoveException should be thrown."

this implies to me that ejbRemove() should be called on the bean
with that primaryKey. (handle in the case of sb's) - but I don't
find anything more specific either.
