Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I notice something fishy with the deploytool, the
fields are not added to the DB if I remove the bean from the application and
reinstalled it again and then redeploy it, and voila ! the field that were
added by deploytool is no more there, looks like there is a bug in the
deploytool or something.

The same thing happened when I deployed examples from the WROX book
(Professional EJB) and other samples I downloaded from the internet.
