Also, Sybase has PowerDesigner, which has full UML modeling.  It integrates
with almost any IDE on the market (anyone who produces pure java output,
that is).  It will also automatically update the model from modified code
(and show you the variances so you can track project changes).  Even better,
because it was originally a DB modeling tool, it can perform CMP mappings
directly from a DB model.
