Hi all
I am using weblogic server 6.1 - all along I use this
intialctx.lookup("javax.transaction.UserTransaction")
to get a handle to UserTransaction service. Is this
the same way all the other j2ee servers attach their
UserTransaction service??
Also can anyone tell me how to get a handle to the
javax.transaction.TransactionManager instance? I need
this because I want to suspend a usertransaction and
start another usertx commit it and then resume the
suspended one.
I know that EJB DDs has a tx param "RequiresNew" which
does this thing if invoked with a existing tx. I want
to do exactly the same thing - but for this particular
case I do not have an EJB -so is TransactionManager
the right interface?
If yes then how to get a handle to it?
TIA
Anamitra
