Hi Phani, the question is not whether you use local or remote interfaces. You can use local interfaces if the bean you are calling runs inside the same JVM. It is really a question of the correct structure of your deployment descriptors so that you get a correctly filled bean environment in JNDI. Create a bean reference that correctly points to your other JAR file. For more info, please read the EJB spec about EJB-references and bean environments. The bean reference is in the local environment of the session bean, not in the global JNDI context. > > Cheers... > Matthias Bohlen > ---- > Matthias Bohlen > Consulting that helps project teams to succeed... > > Web: > http://www.mbohlen.de/ > > Snail: > Luise-Albertz-Str. 25 > D-53340 Meckenheim > Germany > > Phone: +49 (170) 772 8545 > Fax: +49 (2225) / 945189 > =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff EJB-INTEREST".
