First thing is that you need to have a separate license for weblogic clustering.normal stand alone license doesn't work.
Have two different machines , having the same multicast address, and start the servers on both the machines with the same configuration, configure the heartbeat and of course refer http://edocs.bea.com..for a superb documentation.
