It is the Judge who makes decisions.
To answer your question I have used the email
facility before and produced a copy the of the
letter to the Judge.
The judge was His Honour Judge King in Oxford
County Court.
HHJ King is a circuit Judge.
You are clearly unaware of the rights of Human
being and I suggest you stop making personal remarks.
I am waiting for the details as I have asked for
them.
Therefore on a point of fact your opinion is an
invalid one.
Furthermore I will take a copy of this letter to produce to the Judge also because you seem to
think
you have the capacity to make decisions which
only the Judge has been given the right.
This right was given to the Judge by the
Judiciary.

It was my replies which were in blue. You are
not me.
FYI - I
took Morgan & Cole , one of the largest Law Firms in the
UK to court and prove them
negligent
on a statement of defence.
That is correct my statement was filed as
a defendant.
On the grounds of negligence this law firm was
incapable of getting their fees.
I have the case Number No. if you want it.
Reading County Court , Berskhire,
UK.
This is the greatness of the British Legal
System. Anybody can go and seek
justice.
Maybe a better solution would be to not allow
anyone who lives in a society which has laws which infringe upon free speech
access to this list. If someone wants to make racial statements, put
on your big-boy pants and ignore them. Your act of publicly bringing
this issue to the attention of the entire list only succeeds in giving the
antagonistic parties exactly what they want...the spotlight. And your
threats of pulling the list administrator or even Sun Microsystems itself
into court only serve to propogate the idea that you're not a person to be

1. It has come to my notice that somebody was
impersonating my account
in order to say to the on lookers that I
have little ability to my work.
2. I came for the instructions and I found a
Norwegian , Kirsten Keiple
a person by my Judgement clearly with little
ability to their work and proven,
telling me we have no interest in that person
who follows instructions in RI.
3. I also know that one Luba Powell , whilst
on this line informed me,
the person impersonating their account to be
Mohammed wasn't implying
he was Muslim.
4. I know that the List administrator has
full details of those who impersonated my account.
5. The British legal system gives every one
the right to seek recourse in these matters.
As the list administrator, unless you forward
the details so that I can direct legal action,
I will have no choice but to take legal action against you for
allowing racial discrimination
to take place
against myself and any financial losses I
have made as a result.
Obviously it won't be against you personally
but the sun company itself.
