Hi, Milind, ArgoUML is an Open Source CASE Tool. It is quite nice but a little unstable. A commercial company named Gentleware has taken the code base of it and developed a more stable CASE tool called Poseidon (see www.gentleware.com). The so-called Community Edition of this tool is still free but not Open Source. The other editions all cost less than $1000 and contain a lot of useful plug-ins. With both tools, you can use the open source, template-based code generator called UML2EJB which generates Enterprise JavaBeans (see http://uml2ejb.sourceforge.net). Hope this helps...
