Whats the best way to Share Load

We have some EJB components contained on a Single Weblogic box.   We would like to try to distribute this across 2 Web Logic boxes.   How is session management for Stateful Session bean done in case beans are distributed across 2 machines?   Whats the better approach is divide the beans which will be residing on the 2 machines or create 2 sets one for each machie.   Thanks & Regards Inder
