There are two problems:
1. To sign the data using a web browser.
2. To verify the signature at the server side.

The solutions:
1. use CAPICOM (see msisdn documentiona) for IE and http://secclab.mozdev.org
for Netscape.
2. For verification you have to write your own code using a security
providers's libraries such as IAIK, OpenSSL, RSA BSAFE etc.
