Using Jboss4.0 there is no JBoss.xmk or JBoss.xml. What is the contents of this file so I find the equivalent.

Beware than JBoss jndi names tend to be global and therefore be careful about collisions between applications. You can specify the desired jndi name in jboss.xmk deployment descriptor.
