I don't think any EJB rules will get violated, so long as CORBA "listen" loop is entered outside of the EJB (in some startup class, for instance).

Hi,

I'm looking to have an EJB call out to a legacy CORBA server (weblogic 8.1 to orbix2000/c++). The IDL method requires that the EJB provide a callback object. If I go ahead and provide an implementation of the callback object using the POA within the container, does that violate any EJB rules?

thanks,
Mike
