Uh... Eugen, 0.10.9.3-1 is older than 0.10.21.3... so it's normal you
don't have what it takes!
You should try :
$ apt-cache show gstreamer0.10-plugins-base | grep Version
will tell you which versions are available.
(notice that you'll need libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev to compile
ekiga with gstreamer)
