I understand. Either it is just to see what is just to show the default account subscribed, and in this case that would mean just display, for example in the dialpad panel a line with "Default subsc. account : MyAccount". Either it is a way of choosing with what account you want to call and in that case it could be a dropdown list wiht the default one per default, still in the dialpad view.
