point to nothing. The intrepid snapshot does not exist.
Indeed, the http://snapshots.ekiga.net/snapshots/ubuntu/dists/intrepid/
directory has empty files.
Could you try:
deb http://snapshots.ekiga.net/snapshots/ubuntu/ hardy main
?
