Hi, When I dial, I don't need add 00. Only I dial 554412345678 (ekiga software identifies like "sip:554832349...@sip.justvoip.com<sip%3a554832349...@sip.justvoip.com>"), and land line calls. I can hear the voice that I call, but he cannot hear me.
