Hi Thomas, Right now it appears you cannot download Ekiga for Win32, but I don't know of non-Win version availability. There is Skype if you are running Win32 or Debian and want free VOIP, or Empathy for Ubuntu. I have no experience with with Empathy, but Skype works well.
It's just not open source. Cheers!
