Making a recap :

$ locate libpt.so

If i don't use *PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig* , ptlib check  failed.

Then

Sorry, i had not understand the help note.

 $ PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/usr
--disable-libavcodec works !
