Well, give us the -d 4 output :
ekiga -d 4 2>log
wait 20 seconds and give us the 'log' file.

If you use Windows, to get the log you have to use http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_2 .
