Islamic Relief - Indonesia urgently looking for suitable candidate for the following position based in Jakarta: LOGISTIC ASSISTANT He will be assisting Logistic Manager for daily logistics operation jobs, in fields of: 1. Handling transportation and distribution process for various goods and donations from Jakarta to another sub office in all around Indonesia 2. Handling custom clearance process 3. Maintenance strategic partnership with suppliers, distributors, and related internal department for ensuring efficient procurement process. 4. Handling administrative and filing system in Logistic Department. 5. Responsible for any other clerical jobs as required General Requirements: 1. Male 2. Moslem 3. S1 degree in; Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Accounting, or Law, with IPK min. 2.75 4. Maximum 30 years old 5. Minimum 2 (two) years working experience in related industries 6. Fluent in English (spoken and written) 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 8. Strong motivation and personal character 9. Highly computer literacy 10. Highly initiative and hard worker 11. Highly personal attitude 12. Can work in under pressure conditions and able to adapt to rapid changes in the environment.
