- Minimum University degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking business, plus at least 2 years
experience in Human Resource area.
- High resilience, quick learner and high motivation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Teamwork
- High Initiative
