Requirement
:
* minimum S-1 bachelor from majoring in business law. Fresh graduate
are welcome to apply
* proficiency in English both oral and written
* have knowledge in corporate law, good negotiation skill and
proficient in Legal, good interpersonal skill and strong leadership
* discipline, detail, and able to work under pressure
* able to work in minimum supervision, wiling to work individually or
as a team player
Responsibilities:
* responsible in assisting corporate legal in preparing, compiling
reviewing and drafting required legal documentations, legal risk assessment,
and memorandums as required by company
* preparing all legal documents for company purposes
* administration all legal activities
* able to provide legaladvice, litigation, and legal drafting
* able to compile & maintaining legal documentation system
