Hey,

just want to make sure, no misunderstandings come up here: The memcached
plugin is NOT about caching stuff inside of elasticsearch or replacing the
heap for storing data. The memcached plugin is a transport plugin and
mimics the memcached protocol spec to allow to query elasticsearch. The
reason for this is, that some languages do not have a good HTTP client and
thus using this form of communication is much much faster.
