Marvel doesn't send any notification at the moment. You can however use the data it collects by writing a little script that queries ES and decides whether to trigger the alert. Of course, you can also run agains the live stats API of ES but then has two down sides: 1) It may be down. 2) It doesn't give you history which may be relevant for you.
