Hallo, I have 6 types that I would like to keep in the same time-series index. 5 of these types are very similar and so I have defined the common fields in the _default_ mapping. The 6th is very different and shares very few fields with the other types: but since the _default_ mapping applies to all types in the index I have a lot of fields in the mapping for type6 that I don't need or want. Is there a way around this? I'm looking for a "default" type that I can derive from (rather than a default mapping at index level), but this does not seem to exist. Is this correct or is there a workaround?
