Is the low TX power present on all bands?

Even though it may be fruitless, try the
TX Gain calibration routine using the
K3 Utility and a good dummy load.  If
you're doing the TX Gain cal manually,
be sure to set the internal ATU (KAT3/3A)
in 'BYPASS' before doing the calibration.

The presence of low TX power when only
the LPA module is engaged when zero
power emanates after advancing the
TX Power control beyond 11 watts is
worrisome.

Have you had any nearby lightning
storms while the radio was connected
to an antenna?

Does the externally measured TX power
decrease to less than 3 watts if you
rotate the POWER control below that
level, or is it stuck at 3 watts over the
full range of the control (up to the 11 watt
transition point)?
