Hi Tom, Have been in touch with Kevin ( KD5ONS ) , and it seems that the first " ECN " signal that I heard last weekend on 7045 MHz was indeed from Kevin. Strange thing was that you and Kevin were the same strength. give or take. Guess Kevin got up to speed coming down the eastern side of the R. mountains. It's all very encouraging.
