John,
For filter alignment with Spectrogram, you should be using a source of
broadband noise at the K2 antenna input (like the Elecraft N-Gen or
'dead-band' noise).
Hello John,
While you have Spectrogram going take a check of how you have L34
set. I've been using my K2 for a long time now but recently saw a post
about the setting of L34 and I did hear a noticable difference when I
set L34 using an N-Gen and Spectrogram.
My K2 worked fine but now it has better volume, which is always nice
to have even if I've worked aroung the continents without the extra
volume. Try it...you'll like it.
