Just completed K2 and everything tested okay. Power okay, did the receive alignment with sig. gen and that was okay. Other bands seem good but on 80m the audio is distorted. CW sounds like a buzzer and SSB is distorted (always carrier present). BFO reading is fine. Band is lively. Checked cap values on the 80m bandpass and low pass. Looked for solder joints on L3, L4, L16, L17. Checked filter settings. Any suggestions very welcome.
