I typed the Model # incorrectly. It is UB-1. Wayne Burdick pointed me to a reference to a coaxial "Ultrabal". The one I have is not a coaxial balun. It is a tube 6.75 inches long and 1.25 inch in diameter. It has an SO-239 on one end, and screw terminals on the other end. If no one can identify this I can take it into work and x-ray it.
