I can not get the K3 Utility to work with my two K3 radios. I can make update the firmware of one K3 using COM2 but I can not make my second K3 using COM10 to work with the same K3 utility. On the K3 utility PORT tab, I closed COM2 and change to COM10. Then I click on the FIRWARE tab, it doesn't shows the FIRMWARE version currently installed on the radio.
