Hi Doug, Very interesting theme in times of DX-Clusters :-)
BeaconSee will do the job. It jumps from Frequency to frequency following the beacon transmit time table, writing a small piece of waterfall diagram to you computer screen for any beacon. So you can get a very nice information how conditions have changed over the day incl. an idea how about MUF.
