Hi Chris,
I may be one of the least qualified to answer ur question but having recently
done that I thought I would let you know it was a piece of cake. They go
together like toast and jam ( you see what I have on my mind these days).
Depending on ur logging program there are variations but all is explained very
clearly in the help files. My station is of medium complexity with some
switching that is unique to my situation. With a lot of thought and help from
memebers of the Microham reflector it went together veery well. You mention the
Virtual ports. That is an area that has been problematical for me in the past
and was of some concern before I started. It turned out to be extremely easy
with no problems at all. If you have further questions the MH reflector may be
a good source, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/microHAM.

Subject: [Elecraft] K3 with Microham Keyer 2
I need to interface my K3 with a Microham Keyer 2 does anyone know of
any issues that I am likely to come up against? e.g. Virtual Ports,
sound card etc.
Look forward to your advice keep it simple for me though please, I am
not the most computer or technically minded being.
Happy new year to you all.
