Is it perhaps time for Elecraft to consider moving the reflector from qth.net to another host? The inability to search the archive is a very serious limitation, and probably leads to a lot of repeated queries that need not have happened. Going to Nabble used to work fairly well, but seems like an unnecessary extra step.
