That menu entry is display only, you cannot change it. It initially comes up with the MCU level, then when you turn the VFO A knob you see the DSP level and Front Panel levels. If you do view other than the MCU level, you will see that every time you re-enter the menu - UNTIL you power off, and then it will come back to the MCU level. If you don't want to power off, just turn the VFO A knob counterclockwise until the MCU level re-appears.
