Rich at Elecraft was more than happy to hand select a "smooth and creamy" 10 turn wirewound pot for my K1 VFO. It arrived today and the difference in sound and feel are significant. The K1's tuning now sounds and feels as good as the K1 works! Another example of premier customer service.
I'm returning the old one to them today.
