I cut my K2 "rubber band" from a section of bicycle inner tube. If you can find one a little smaller in diameter (probably a 1.125 to 1.25" tube), it can be stretched to fit on the knob. The trick is getting parallel cuts through the tube. It may have taken a few attempts, but the old tube supplied lots of raw material.

Or know a supply for a black or grey rubber band. The ones used at Market basket for broccoli were red. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
