Speaking of the Green Hornet, has anyone watched that movie yet?
I saw it a few weeks ago, its not too shabby at all.
I don't remember that radio series but I do remember listening to "The Goon
Show" and "Flash Gordon" on the radio in the kitchen whilst mum and dad were
making dinner.
I am however old enough to remember black and white television in my younger
days and I can remember when the first colour tv pictures were sent in
Melbourne by the the new TV station ATV-0.
(Little did I know then that later in life I would be cursing ATV-0 and
others for taking up so much of my beloved 6M band!) :-)

I can still remember pounds, schillings & pence and the changeover to
dollars & cents in 1966 (I was 7 years old at the time)

I think that we are more than just a little off of the topic now..........
