Whenever circuit resistance values seem low, reverse your DMM leads. Many
DMMs produce enough voltage when measuring resistance to begin to turn some
of the junctions in the transistors on, making the readings look low.

I finished the control board but had the following:

Q1 , Q2 collector resistance (if the collector is the pin closest to the
edge of the board) both were 3.56K ohms. Manual calls for Above 1 Mega Ohm.
The other non base pins both were infinite on my meter but I think they are
the emitters?

U6 pin 29 and 30 should each be 70-90K  both readings were 97K..

What should I do
