Dan, I can reproduce the error messages stated by simply configuring K2 PORT=OFF. So if your K2 serial Port is set to ON, make sure the K2 to Computer Cable Assembly is correct (e.g. as in KIO2 Manual, Figure 7). CAUTION: Do not use a pre-assembled cable of any kind (printer cable, etc.) between the KIO2 and a computer.
